Terms and Conditions

Cancellations, lateness and no show policy

If you are unable to attend your booked session and would like to reschedule, this must be done with at least 24 hours notice via email to your selected centre: info@floatscotland.co.uk.  We do operate a strict 24 hour cancellation policy and our system is automated.

If a package of float sessions have been purchased and you do not attend a booked session, this session will be deducted from that package.

If for any reason you are running late for your appointment please inform us as soon as possible.  Late arrivals can only be extended to the remaining time of the scheduled appointment.

If your appointment runs more than 20 minutes late it will be deemed as a no show and you would not be able to reschedule your appointment and you will lose your Float credit.

If you fail to turn up for your appointment without notifying us you will be unable to reschedule your appointment and you will lose your Float credit.
